Account Manager - HubSpot

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our expanding team, focussing on Hubspot support/management. Preferably with agency experience, the ideal candidate will be ambitious, entrepreneurial and looking to take the next step in developing their career.
Reporting to the Client Services Director, the Account Manager will deliver marketing strategies, which meet (and exceed) the expectations and objectives of the client. Working within a dynamic, fast-growing agency with a great reputation and a clearly defined future.
Understanding client's objectives and the environment in which they, their customers and their competitors operate.
Working on and delivering the marketing strategy for clients including regular measurement, review and refinement.
Ensuring that all processes from brief to delivery, are carried out to a consistently high standard.
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and Cognition team members to co-ordinate and manage the profitable delivery of all tasks required as part of the strategy.
Thinking proactively to ensure all potential opportunities for your clients are explored.
Managing client budgets and taking full responsibility for hours allocation across each department, resource required and work in progress
Dealing with any issues that arise efficiently and professionally, and escalating as necessary
Preparing cost estimates and proposals
Client measurement, reporting and continual optimisation (using HubSpot performance metrics)
About you - Essential
Strong knowledge of Hubspot and using the platform to enhance marketing and improve lead generation and sales.
Knowledge of using the CRM, marketing and sales tools within Hubspot are important.
Types of day to day activities will include setting up new clients portals, creating landing pages, building and optimising workflows and mapping client data in to Hubspot.
Be able to interpret and analyse Hubspot data and recommend and implement changes as a result of this.
We are looking for someone who is very hands on and able to actively deliver best use of the platform.
We also need someone who keeps abreast of latest developments in Hubspot, i.e. what new tools or changes are there and how do we use these to maximise the value we offer to clients.
The candidate should be confident at delivering training to groups of people.
About you - Desirable
Good knowledge of email tools such as mailchimp and campaign monitor.
Good knowledge of Google Analytics.
