The Role:

We are looking for an experienced digital marketer and account handler to join our expanding

team. Preferably with agency experience, the ideal candidate will be ambitious,

entrepreneurial and looking to take the next step in developing their career.

Reporting to the Client Services Director, the Account Manager will deliver digital marketing

strategies, which meet (and exceed) the expectations and objectives of the client. Working

within a dynamic, fast-growing agency with a great reputation and a clearly defined future.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Creating and delivering marketing strategies, based on evidence and insight

- Advising clients on digital best practice and latest innovations

- Managing a portfolio of clients ranging across different industries

- Leading Account Executives who will support you in your role and help implement

the strategy

- Ensuring the strategy is on track, delivering results and meeting the objectives

through regular measurement, review and refinement

- Hitting KPIs around client retention, existing client growth and results delivered for

your clients

- Ensuring all processes from brief to delivery, are carried out to a consistently high

standard

- Ensuring that strategies are delivered on time and to budget

- Attending client meetings and supporting the new business team in pitches when

required

The Person:

The ideal candidate will be experienced in planning and delivering effective marketing

strategies, with a particular focus on digital channels and tactics.

We are looking for someone who has a strong commercial awareness and is a good team

player. You need to thrive on delivering results for your clients and have the ability to keep

calm under pressure in order to consistently deliver a high standard of work. 

You will also be expected to have high levels of:

- Strategic skills

- Presenting skills

- Organisational skills

- Creative thinking

 Essential Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years agency experience (some/all of which to include B2B clients)

- Understanding of the SME market and the nuances that make them different to

working for large corporate brands

- Proven track record of delivering strategies across the entire marketing mix

- Experienced and confident in presenting to clients

Desirable Requirements:

- Knowledge of Marketing Automation 

- Experience of HubSpot

- Marketing degree and/or CIM equivalent qualification
